The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommends everyone six months of age and older get an annual flu vaccine. Sutter Health Plus covers preventive care services, such as the yearly flu shot, at no cost share when provided by a participating provider.

Hospitals throughout the state and in major metropolitan regions are ranked annually for performance across 26 adult specialties, procedures, and conditions.
Sutter Health Plus members now have access to a new Sutter Walk-In Care in Folsom, providing same-day care for everyday illnesses and health needs—at the same cost share as a primary care visit. The new location is at 2766 East Bidwell St., Suite 600 in the Broadstone Marketplace.
