COVID-19 Vaccine Update
The last few months have been a whirlwind of shifting vaccine news, guidance, and information. Amid this ever-changing and fluid situation, please be assured that Sutter Health Plus is committed to sharing updates with you as soon as the information is available.
At this time, extremely limited and unpredictable COVID-19 vaccine supply from the state is affecting many providers and their abilities to offer vaccine appointments. The lack of vaccine has forced providers to relocate, reschedule, or indefinitely postpone some appointments and stop booking new ones for the time being. Our provider network, including vaccine clinics affiliated with Sutter Health, is working to acquire vaccines and expand vaccine appointment availability as quickly as possible.

Pharmacies and county vaccination sites are offering vaccine appointments where available. The state of California has compiled a list of local COVID-19 resource websites where people can sign up for county alerts and find vaccination sites. If a Sutter Health Plus member is able to get a COVID-19 vaccine out-of-network, it’s covered.
