New Member Welcome Calls

Sutter Health Plus calls new members to welcome them to the health plan.

Did you know all our new members receive a welcome call from one of our team members? Its primary purpose is to review plan features and benefits, but if time permits, members may also complete their Health Status Questionnaire while on the phone. We’re focused on ensuring members understand their plans and have access to services that will help keep them healthy.
