    Video Visits

    Schedule a video visit through My Health Online (MHO).

    • With a Primary Care Physician (PCP) — Video visits with a PCP are available to members ages three months and older for routine care to complex health issues. Check with your PCP on availability and hours. If your provider doesn’t participate in MHO or you’re a new patient, please contact your PCP’s office for video visit options.
    • With a Sutter Provider — All members ages 18 months and older have access to video visits for minor health issues from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm daily with a provider at Sutter.
